Do you offer menu customization options?
Yes, we provide customizable menus with options for sit-down dinners or food stations, finalized 30 days before your event.
Are there decorating restrictions at your venues?
We allow full decoration but prohibit surface damage. Real flame candles are restricted to ballrooms, and guidelines are provided for florists.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No, as a PLCB-licensed facility, we must purchase and serve all alcohol through our RAMP-certified staff.
Do you offer tasting sessions?
Optional private tastings for six guests are available at $500, scheduled Wednesdays or Thursdays with 14-day notice.
