How do I book an event at Meditations Weddings + Events + Catering Weddings + Events + Catering?
Contact us via phone, website form, or in-person to schedule a tour. A $3,500 deposit secures your date with flexible payment plans available.
Do you allow outside catering?
Only wedding cakes are permitted from external vendors. Our full-service catering kitchen provides all other food and beverage requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits convert to building credits valid 500 days if canceled 90+ days prior. Credits allow rebooking with restrictions based on original cancellation timing.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Clients may decorate starting at 8am on event day. Nails, tacks, and staples are prohibited. We offer rental decor options for convenience.
Is alcohol service included?
Full bar service with bartenders is included. Options include cash bars, complimentary packages, or client-hosted premium liquor selections.
