Perfect Day Catering (LLC) is a full scale event company founded by Chef Kris Fichtner in 2008. In 2020, after working with Kris for over a decade, Chef Robin Galvan took over the business, and Chef Kris went on to pursue other projects. Chef Robin manages the daily kitchen operations with her superb staff as well as anchoring event teams to be sure there is complete continuity from first cut, to final plating.
Robin's gift for seeing the big picture on each event is invaluable when orchestrating dinner for hundreds on any given day. The Perfect Day team specializes in all manner of wedding and special occasion catering. From back yard to ballroom, we have a menu and style of service to make your day a delicious one!
