Thanks to the appreciation of our clients, Elite Events Catering has grown into a full service event production company, capable of catering extravagant events for up to 2,000 guests.

Melissa Misgen, owner of Elite Events Catering, has nearly 30 years of catering experience.
She began at the age of 12 working with family in her home state of Minnesota and started catering in Florida in 2000.
I grew up in a big family in small town in southern Minnesota.
Food became a huge interest, when I realized "the good stuff" was sometimes hard to come by.
I remember digging through the cuppboards at a very young age, trying to find ingredients that woud make something "more exciting and delicious"!
