We had a wonderful experience with SaltBlock at our wedding this past weekend. They went above and beyond on just about everything and all of our guests were head over heals for the delicious dinner and the appetizers that went around during cocktail hour. Very professional staff that made sure everyone had fresh drinks and tables were cleared all evening. I would use them again and again if need be in the future for gatherings and parties. And will definitely be recommending them to anyone else that gets married! Thank you so much for your expertise!
Our favorites: chicken & waffle sliders and goat cheese croquettes.
Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans / chimmicuri steak with rice and black beans! Everything was phenomenal!
