The idea of Rock Star Catering Co came to life when the owner, Deana Stout, was hired as part of the craft service crew of the movie "White Fang, " which was being filmed in her small community of Haines, Alaska.
It was then that she realized that she enjoyed the challenge of making good food for folks who were hungry, in a tent with a camp stove.
