Slow-Smoked Meats
We slow-smoke premium beef, pork, and turkey for up to 18 hours over real hardwood, using a family-secret dry rub. Dishes include fall-off-the-bone ribs, tender brisket, and juicy hot links. Meats are available for dine-in, takeout, or catering with sides like collard greens and baked beans.
Tap Room
The Springfield tap room offers 20 handles of Oregon craft beers, wine, and cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests enjoy barbecue alongside drinks like house margaritas or Irish coffee. The space features a patio for outdoor dining and a lively soundtrack from local favorites to classic rock.
Breakfast Menu
