Milner's is located in beautiful, historic Wilmington, North Carolina. We serve breakfast and lunch during the week in our cafe. Tara Speth, owner and general manager, has worked in the food industry since the young age of 15, and her passion for food and customer service has allowed Milner's to provide 5 star service to all guests.

Wait and bar staff are charged per event at $150 each.
We staff events at 1 staff member per 20 guests for buffet and 1 staff member per 10 persons for sit down dinners.
If stations are requested, staff members may be increased to attend the station.
Events are charged for 2 hours of setup, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up.
Staffing past 6 hours will be charged at $25 per hour per staff member.
Staff is paid by catering company and is included in the invoice.
Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.
